Processing and Delivery Times
All orders are processed within 72 hours. Standard shipping typically takes between 3 - 10 business days but can take up to 1 month in rare cases, expedited shipping typically take 2-6 business days. Processing and Shipping times do not include weekends. If you place an order on Saturday or Sunday the count will start on Monday. Shipping times only include the transit part of the order, processing time is not included. For destinations within the United States, If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by several days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather and national holidays) may impact your estimated delivery date. (international origin orders may be delayed to due a countries national holiday such as China.)
Standard and Expedited shipping only applies to the actual shipping portion of the order, it does not expedite the processing time of orders.
Shipping Estimates
Shipping estimates are precisely that - projections. While they are typically accurate and we endeavor to ensure that items are delivered within the specified timeframe of these estimates, there may be instances when these projections are not fulfilled. In such cases, we are committed to providing an appropriate resolution.
Expedited Shipping
- Expedited shipping is a faster service than standard shipping. Expedited shipments are prioritized by carriers and are typically delivered within 2-6 business days. This is significantly faster than standard shipping, which can take up to 7-14 business days.
- Expedited shipping is a more reliable service than standard shipping. Expedited shipments are less likely to be delayed or lost than standard shipments. This is because expedited shipments are typically given priority treatment by carriers.
- Expedited shipping is a more convenient service than standard shipping. Expedited shipments can be delivered to customers' homes or businesses, while standard shipments may need to be picked up at a post office or other location. This can be a major convenience for customers who are unable to pick up their packages during business hours.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.
Customs Fees and Import Taxes
Brinxx Couture is not responsible for any customs or import fees you may incur during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).
